Agreement and scope

These terms apply to this website and professional analytics services supplied by API Fabric Point. A signed proposal or statement of work may add project-specific terms; where they conflict, the signed agreement controls.

Services and client responsibilities

We provide advisory, analysis, measurement design, implementation review, and related workshops described in the agreed scope. Clients must provide timely access, accurate context, lawful data, and authorized decision-makers. Recommendations are professional judgments, not guarantees of commercial results.

Fees, intellectual property, and confidentiality

Fees and payment dates appear in each proposal. Pre-existing methods and tools remain ours; after full payment, the client may use agreed deliverables internally. Each party will protect confidential information and use it only for the engagement.

Acceptable website use

Do not disrupt the site, attempt unauthorized access, copy materials at scale, or use content unlawfully. Site content is general information and may change.

Liability and law

To the extent permitted by Thai law, indirect or consequential losses are excluded and our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid for the affected services. These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Contact us before bringing a claim so we can seek a practical resolution.
