Refund and cancellation policy

Eligibility and request window

Refund treatment depends on the signed proposal and work completed. To request a refund, email hello@apifabricpoint.digital within 14 calendar days of the relevant payment, identify the engagement and reason, and include the invoice. This window does not override rights that cannot be excluded under Thai law.

Full and partial refunds

A full refund may apply when we cancel before work begins or cannot provide the agreed service. A partial refund may apply to prepaid fees for clearly separable work not yet started, less completed work, committed specialist costs, and purchased research or data materials approved by the client.

Non-refundable amounts

Completed analysis, delivered workshops, time already worked, purchased materials, third-party commitments, and non-recoverable expenses are not refundable. Deposits reserve capacity and are normally non-refundable once discovery, scheduling, or preparation starts. Exceptions may be made where required by law or stated in the proposal.

Cancellation, rescheduling, and no-shows

Cancel or reschedule a workshop at least five business days before its start. Later changes may incur the prepared time and non-recoverable costs. One timely reschedule is normally allowed without an additional scheduling fee. A no-show may be treated as delivered because the reserved capacity cannot usually be reassigned.

Review and payment

We acknowledge requests within two business days and normally decide them within ten business days after receiving needed information. Approved refunds return to the original payment method where possible and may take 5–15 business days to appear. Processing time is controlled partly by financial institutions.

Ending ongoing work

Either party may end an ongoing engagement as allowed by its agreement. The client remains responsible for work performed, approved expenses, and committed costs through the effective cancellation date. Any remaining eligible prepaid balance will be calculated after final time and costs are reconciled.
